Trouble Submitting Title

I started my submission process a few days ago and everything was running smoothly. I was entering the cast. But then I got busy, left my screen, came back a few days later, worked on some other stuff, and the window disappeared (my mistake). I didn't have a chance to save anything, so I'm starting over, but now the system won't accept my title. Is it because it's already in the system from my 1st attempt? How do I get back? Help, please!

Rebecca: Please post screen captures here, showing what you are entering and what error messages you are getting, from the top of the page to the bottom. That should enable the contributors here to figure out the problem.

Rebecca: When you get to this point, you have to select a Sub-Type for what kind of made for TV production this is -- that is, a TV series, a TV mini-series, a TV movie, a TV special, or an unaired TV pilot. You select that in the menu below Type and above Status.

Then click "Re-check these updates" and proceed.

If you run into other problems, feel free to come back here and ask again.

Now it won't allow me to select "Sub-type." Suggestions?

Rebecca: I can't figure out what's happening there. I would recommend canceling that submission and starting anew. But if that same error screen shows up the next time, someone else will have to advise you, because I don't know what could be causing that.

Ms. Klingler,
Hopefully you won't again encounter the situation shown in your last screen-shot;  but if you do, then please try clicking the "Re-check these updates" button.  Then the "Sub-type" section should appear (unless I'm mistaken).

I think 'Nobody' has the right answer here. If you fill in only the title on the new title form and click the 'Check...' button you get the form telling you that you need to fill in five fields but giving only four to fill in. 'Re-check...' after selecting a type will reveal the appropriate sub-type selection - the options depend on the type.
