Trouble deleting countries from poster #14

In submissions #260528-220345-400819  and #260606-190839-312019 I tried to delete the country Canada from this poster of Dutch tv show I Can See Your Voice: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt13374510/mediaviewer/rm3604602369/ 

This show never aired in Canada, nor was it promoted there.

Can a staffer fix this please?
