Trivia, Goofs etc submissions: allow the use of italics and/or bold text modifications for submissions

Allow users to italicise and/or bold words in submissions for trivia, goofs etc because some words are required to be differentiated from other English words (e.g. scientific names of species should always be italicized or underlined).
