how could this even be construed as a goof? This is not a mistake at all.

I was identifying what was on the banner and explaining what it was about. This isn't any type of mistake. I'm just expounding on a fact which is trivia.

To me, you are telling the reader that the sign was incorrect and then supplied the correct text, which is covered under Goofs.

Now I see your point. But that was not meant to be a goof contribution because one of the words was left out of the sign. My main and only point and intention was to identify and point out what that sign meant.

let me copy and paste it and submit it under goofs and see if that flies

Well... right after I posted my reply to you, I submitted the same thing as a goof and it was immediately approved. Funny because like I said, I never meant it to be a goof. I only pointed out that a word was left out just a minor clarification. My intention was to identify what that banner was referring to, not that a word was left out
