I got the following bot-response (#230121-210934-44800
a few days ago:

Patricia Routledge (Hyacinth): Richard a little decorum please, that is not the sort of behaviour one would expect from a person with a reservation for a quailty cruiseEnglish

Your contribution has been declined. We did not capture a specific reason during processing.

You (your inept bot, that is) was 1) wrong to decline the simple correction of quailty-->quality and 2) insulting to give me the inane reason, "We did not capture a specific reason during processing."
If your system kicks out a submission for this "reason", you should program it to notify
your staff for human inspection/intervention, not inconvenience the one who submitted
the correction, requiring this kind of follow-up. (As noted, this is not the first time I've had
this kind of trouble with the "We did not capture a specific reason" kerfuffle.) JJ<<

Hi @gerald_jones_phd -
It seams as if another request to correct or delete this quote might have occurred at the same time of your submission causing it to kind of clash the system and making our editors unable to accept it. That is the reason why the message you got says "We did not capture a specific reason during processing."
I have now resubmitted the change on your behalf and approved.
Cheers!
