treat videos like photos and allow tags for only the videos actor appears in

Hey, there.  I'd like to suggest an idea.  Treat videos like photos on IMDb.  When a production uploads a photo, just the actors appearing in that photo are tagged.  It doesn't make any sense that every actor and crew member in every video uploaded by a production is tagged, whether they are in the video or not.  It makes for a very messy IMDb!

When production uploads a photo, just the actors in the photo are tagged.  When they upload a video, just the actors appearing in the video should be tagged as well.
