trailer credits

I'm a professional trailer editor and add my trailer credits to my imdb page, but the last few where all declined with this note: 'Does not meet contribution guidelines.' Is there something changed that I'm not aware of? Hope to hear from you.

Hi Mau_21,

Please note that we do not accept trailer credits. This is detailed in our guides here

Regarding your uncredited work on your page, this will need to be updated with an (uncredited) attribute to reflect that you were not credited on-screen. Please confirm if you are happy to do that or require assistance. But please note that if these were trailer credits unfortunately they will need to be removed as they are not eligible for listing.

Just to update on this. Yesterday I added 3 trailers and a teaser to my credits list. All of them are released and out in the world. The teaser was approved, but the other 3 where declined. Any idea how this is possible?

There are guidelines that say trailer credits are not eligible unless credited on screen in the title you are adding them to.

hi Peter ! thanks for this, but for most 90% of the credits I added to IMDB im not credited on screen. And from the 4 credits I wanted to add on Monday, none had on screen credits. But the teaser was approved anyway. So it feels a bit random to me.
