Tracking of episode title and number additions/corrections
Episode title and number additions/changes are one of the few items of data that don't get reported in the confirmation email for a submission or in the imdb.com/updates/history page for a submission.
Is it possible to add them so they get tracked just like all other data - particularly if there is a problem and data gets rejected: we need to know that it has happeend and the reason why.

I'm not sure why fhd98's and lisasamon00987's comments agreeing with what I said have disappeared after I received the email confirmation of their comments at 03:50 and 08:45 today.
