"Track Contribution" button missing on "Update History" on Awards

Hello.

I tried to reach out to the help pages via the IMDb form and the "Events & awards" section,

but I just got a generic answer that did not look into my case and did not answer to the fact that there is no "Track Contribution" button.

The email form for "Events & awards"  also says:

"If your contribution has been rejected, you can find a reason for this in your submission history."

So clearly there is supposed to be a "Track Contribution" button.

Submission missing the button: 260819-153454-850000

on:

https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/history

I will add a picture in the comments of the missing button.

@Kristin No sorry, awards is one of the few categories which has no tracking owing to its behind-the-scenes complexity.  It appears that the CS team are unaware of this and the help is misleading too.  We will arrange to have the help text updated.  You can only tell if an awards submission is still pending by comparing the date of your contribution vs. the date of the oldest waiting submission in the various awards categories on https://contribute.imdb.com/times

Hope this helps.

Hello again.

So I have tried to add this award once more.

With regular user account, I do not have Pro.

(Note to self: #260920-113454-260000)

It is to soon for it to be processed but here are 3 things I don't understand, and wonder if anyone could help me with.

  1. Another user (not employee, I think it was Peter_pbn) commented on this page, that comment is now missing, is there a fault going on removing comment's (this is not the first post i have seen this on)
  2. See picture from my Firefox Browser on PC, the last "comments" box says "Optional", is it not here I am supposed to add the "evidence", I thought that was "mandatory" not "optional" ?
  3. This link mentions a "data source" field for the "evidence" but there is no "data source" field in the form on the pictue here?  https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/other-submission-guides/awards-data/GWHKVGRUHHNLUXFV?ref_=helpms_helpart_inline#

In this case I think I removed my reply because Col also replied.
