Are IMDB planning to create a "Top Voters" Badge, a bit like some of the other "Top xxx" badges?

Hi Tankus65, I consider having a "Top Voter" badge to be a very bad idea. It would provide an incentive to rate multiple titles without seeing films. Note: I am a long time user, not an IMDb staff member.
