Too many listings

There are three listings of my name Gene Ervin. One is blank that I need removed if it cannot be verified it is someone else. And I presume it’s me because there are two other listings with my name: my actual account Gene Ervin with Director for Welcome to Cordysup on it (which is correct) and then  a separate one which is Gene Ervin as Producer for Distanced (also correct) but it was just accidentally created as a separate Gene Ervin. I need the Producer Distances added to my account. Thank you.
