You could move the credits belonging to ”UK person” by going to the title pages, choosing ”correct”, and then creating a new name page for ”Talbot, Todd (II)”. At least if there are only a few credits that belong to the ”UK person”.
If there are loads of them (meaning that the manual fixing takes too much time), IMDb staff could probably help.
