Toby Huss did not appear on the TV series "Hey Dude"

For some bizarre reason, IMDb has Toby Huss credited on 2 episodes of the TV series "Hey Dude".  I attempted to delete these incorrect acting credits but, of course, they were rejected because IMDb almost ALWAYS rejects credit deletions.  I was wondering if an IMDb employee could explain why you insist on keeping fabricated credits in your database.  Thanks.
