Titles without genre
I've noticed that there are over 70,000 movies without genre.
https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?title_type=feature&genres=%21action,%21adventure,%21animation...
Why isn't the staff working on completing the information?
It's not like it's just a few titles.
Cheers

There are a LOT of un-released titles on your search. Others are likely Lost films. Restricting to titles that have at least 5 votes reduces the number to 10,735.
https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?title_type=feature&num_votes=5,&!genres=action,adventure,animation,biography,comedy,crime,documentary,drama,family,fantasy,film-noir,game-show,history,horror,music,musical,mystery,news,reality-tv,romance,sci-fi,sport,talk-show,thriller,war,western&sort=num_votes,desc&count=250
Perhaps this is a good search to add to the Contributor Zone > Data Research list:

Notice that staff doesn't automatically remove the Short designation when runtime exceeds 46 minutes. I'll bet they want someone with access to the title to confirm the runtime is not the error.

( Not saying that all these 70,000 movies are like that, though.)

Due to limited staff and other priorities, we are not actively filling in the missing genre gaps for the titles you referenced without genres. We do hope to address and update our current Genre list and definitions in the future, however, I cannot confirm a timeframe.

Thanks for this link, any way to search "all feature films without running times"?
