Titles which (unfortunately) don't exist

There are two titles which never materialised and yet they exist in IMDB database as finalised films:https://www.imdb.com/title/tt12773182/reference/https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14468384/reference/ The director Ramy Raphael started plans to shoot these film in late 2019 or early 2020 (just before the pandemic hit) and he had both projects added to the database as projects in pre-prodcution. However the pandemic forced him to delay the shoot and now it seems to have been delayed indefinitely, as the last time I talked to him and enquired about this project he mentioned that he's 'retired' from filmmaking and After the Wildfires - which he shot just before or maybe during the pandemic and is now in post-production- will be his last film (Out of respect for his privacy I chose not to take a snapshot of our conversation and put it up here) Even his website - which he added a link to on pages for both projects- is down now (https://www.ramyraphael.com/upcoming-projects/)I don't know how it happened but somehow after two years of being listed as in-development, the status of both projects changed to complete and released. I seriously doubt that it was done by the director himself.You can probably reach out to Mark Templin the scriptwriter for the first project, who I suspect has a Pro account, to probably confirm this.
