Title type change declined?

Not sure what I'm doing wrong in update #251023-224654-406000, even after double-checking the "Here's the formatting:" and "Some examples of how to submit these changes are below" sections of the tips drop-down. It's an hour-long special that aired on HGTV over a decade ago. Very possible I'm the one who incorrectly entered the title type in the first place (apologies, naturally, if that's the case).
