title submission allows miscategorization of title format

IMDb defines a TV movie as having a total running time less than 240 minutes and a TV series as having at least 4 episodes.  But new title submission allows these criteria to be violated without any warning.  If a warning is added to the form, then contributors would at least be made aware about IMDb's definition.

But it has to have 2-4 parts to be a mini-series.

So if it really aired as one chunk, like a telethon, or a busy day in Olympic Sports coverage, then what?

@bderoes, I've added a sentence to my post to address exceptions.

You don't _need_ to submit running time when creating a new title.

So the warning would need to be on Add Data attempts too.

Don't know about suggesting the contact form as resolution. Seems more like a checkbox thing.

Yes @bderoes , I agree that title submission should warn if the contributor is submitting a title format that violates IMDb's criteria for said format.
