Title removed periods

Hi, when I submitted my short film I submitted the title with periods between each letter "S.K.A.T.E." named after a well-known skateboarding game. When it was posted, the periods were removed and now the title is generic and similar to other titles "Skate". Is it possible to have the periods added back in?
