Title incorrect

In 28 Nov 2023 I joined IMDB and added projects I worked on under the title special effect supervisor or special effect co ordinator . Even though the contribution page clearly shows this and was approved the titles all appeared on my page as Special effect assistant. I keep asking to have them deleted and told need to provide proof . The proof should be the evidence that I clearly submitted the credit under a diffenent title and can be seen in my contributions history. How do I get these removed . It's becoming very frustrating . 231128-152738-209000, 231128-152912-618000, 231128-153858-622000, 231128-154238-893000, 231128-154742-751000, 231128-154958-912000, 231128-155309-493000, 231128-160156-980000, 231128-160326-255000, 231128-165854-683000, 231128-170421-702000, 231128-170553-994000, 231128-170923-402000

Hi WCIreland I have no explanation how you recieved the "assistant" credits, may be it was submitted from the Italian release or a festival sheets, who knows. However, it is obvious to me that the problem had grown from the way your work was credited on screen. For example, the movie Woken (2023) [https://www.imdb.com/title/tt21068514/] where your name is not credited on screen, but the company is and IMDb editors have no opportunity to desifer your person under the name of the company "W.C.T.V Special Effects for T.V and Film" -- see the screenshot: https://imgbox.com/jAV7wcyM Such situation is covered in the official guidelines: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/crew-credit-guidelines/GNHXXUGBUDKEUUMJ#sfx and you should be credited with "uncredited" attribute and the role "special effects supervisor: W.C.T.V Special Effects for T.V and Film" I believe the editors would accept the changes if you make the above-suggested edits. They can possibly require the onscreen shots of the credits as I made for the above example.

Hi WCIreland I've explained this problem in details with a screenshot example, but the message is hidden as private. In short, you need to follow the guidelines: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/crew-credit-guidelines/GNHXXUGBUDKEUUMJ#sfx by linking your uncredited name to the name of your company that appears on the screen.
