Title for wrong country is displayed - possible display issue

"Diamond Geezer" (2005) tt0860904 is displaying as Rough Diamond, the US renaming of it (they probably wouldn't understand the Cockney slang word "geezer"). The original title in the country of origin (UK) was Diamond Geezer. I am logged in as myself and my Account Settings | Site Settings are: Country/Region=UK and Display Language=English. The "Alternate Titles" section has values: Rough Diamond (Australia) Diamond Geezer (Canada: French title) (imdb display title) Diamond Geezer (Canada: English title) (imdb display title) Diamond Geezer (UK) (imdb display title) Rough Diamond (USA) (syndication title) Rough Diamond (USA) (imdb display title) By my understanding of the help text, that should mean that the UK title is displayed for a user whose Country/Region=UK. The US title is displayed when searching for "Diamond Geezer" (among other matches); when clicking on "Rough Diamond" to display the series-level credits; and when clicking on the season number to display the episodes. Only if I click on the Update button for series or an episode is the original country-of-origin title Diamond Geezer displayed. Is IMDB now so US-centric that the US version of a title is displayed even if the user's country matches the county of origin and therefore the original title.
