Title Error on IMDB Can't Be Corrected

I've been trying to get a title for our film, Blade of the 47 Ronin (2022), fixed, but the IMDB system is registering no error. The title displayed on IMDB is severely wrong see here. "Blade Blade of the 47: Revenge of the Onna-Bugeisha (2022)" is so very wrong, and I can't submit a request a title correction, since IMDB doesn't recognize the problem. Is there someone from IMDB who can help me? Anyone have any ideas of how I can get this title fixed? The movie releases on 10/25/22 and we'd really like this corrected ASAP.
