Title declined. No field for "Explanation for missing information"

I filled out the "new title" form with over 40 something little bits of information, and when I checked the title status, it was declined.  I see I had to do more to prove the existence of the film.  The instructions suggest either adding a miscellaneous link with third party coverage, or an explanation of missing information.  I'm trying to provide IMDB with an unlisted Youtube link of a first cut of the entire film.  I see option to add the miscellaneous link, but I don't want the unlisted link made public.  I didn't see anywhere to provide an explanation for missing information in the resubmit form... only when adding a new title.  I don't want to have to type in all the information again.  So I tried resubmitting and clicking "provide explanation" for things like the production status and two other fields saying "HERE'S THE LINK!"  ... I guess the IMDB peeps didn't see it because it got denied again.  This refers to IMDb update receipt #220418-030428-996000

Hi scott_danzig-

Thank you for posting the submission reference! I have reviewed your new title resubmission and I can confirm that it has now been approved. The title page for "Medical Divorce" is already live on the site and the rest of the information will be live in the next 24 hours.

As for the unlisted Youtube link, this one was not made public and the only ones listed on the title page are the ones you have provided. You can take a look on the External Sites section.

For future reference, if you have private evidence that you don't want to include as a "Miscellaneous Link", the best way to include this to IMDb staff when submitting a new title is by check-marking the "Provide explanation" box option, this will open a "Explanation for missing information" box section that will allow you to provide additional information and evidence to our IMDb editors.

Let us know if you have any further questions/issues!

Cheers!

@Maya Thanks... what I think worked for the third attempt I made on this... I provided a miscellaneous link pointing to the production company facebook post, then included the youtube link privately as part of the explanation for the miscellaneous link, figuring someone would at least see that and I guess I was right.

That "provide explanation" box for the whole title page that you're talking about is only available when you add a new title, restarting from scratch, which I didn't want to do.  It'd be nice if, when a title gets declined, there were clear instructions for how to provide the link while resubmitting.
