Title correction "Dear Evan Hansen"

Hello everyone,

I've submitted a title correction for the movie "Dear Evan Hansen". For Germany, the title is displayed as "Lieber Evan Hansen", but the German movie distributor - for which I work - is actually keeping the English original title.

Today, I checked the contribution history and got the following note:

"We were unable to approve this contribution.

The item you have submitted is exactly the same as a submission that you have already entered, which is still pending review by our staff."

Alas, I really haven't submitted this before (I double checked my contribution history, just in case I accidentally submitted it twice).

How can I proceed, so that the title will be corrected? There is - as far as I can see - no possibility to reply to the above notice.

Hope someone can help.
