Title blocked only for IMDb Pro users, but with release and other information yet to be added

The movie Nosso Lar 2 is not avaiable for editing unless for IMDb Pro users. This movie already has posters, release date and other data avaiable to be added to the page.

Is it possible to open the title page so I can edit it with the avaiable information?
