Title approved but credits declined
I submitted a shortfilm title (I'm the writer, director and producer) which is approved for publication but all the credits are declined as "Your contribution has been declined.We did not capture a specific reason during processing". What am I supposed to do? This is the contribution tracking number: #250110-112907-674000

Hi @robertovalle, Thank you for your problem report. I can see that there was an issue with your title contribution, in that your title was already listed, therefore making your contribution a duplicate. The merging of the two title pages to retain any and all correct data subsequently caused a processing error. I have filed a ticket (ref. #D206427110) with the relevant team to investigate this error further, and reinstate your title on IMDb. I hope this will completed shortly, but will keep this thread updated with any progress on the ticket. Cheers!
