The only way to list Creator/Created by credits on a main TV series listing is to submit those credits directly to the series title page (typically we do not accept credits on the series title when there are episodes):

You will need to acknowledge the Warnings and you will then be able to submit the credits to the series title.  Once submitted our editors will review the information.
