the Spanish TV job "realizador" doesn't have an equivalent in English

In Spain, and I think other countries in Europe, there's a job related to TV productions that we name "realizador" (or "realizadora"), which after much research I've seen doesn't have a direct equivalent in the English language, it doesn't exist in the USA as far as I know. A realizador has the functions of director, producer, showrunner and also videographer (he is in the control room deciding on the fly which camera goes live into the broadcast or into the recording depending of the title).

In many cases, they are the highest name in the production, and many shows are mainly known by their realizadores, some famous realizadores in Spain are Valerio Lazarov, Narciso Ibáñez Serrador, Pilar Miró, Hugo Stuven, Fernando García de la Vega, and dozens more. This is a job that generally doesn't exist in movies or fictional series of the same kind of cinematic production, it's exclusive of TV shows, generally non fictional shows, like variety shows, game shows and similar.

As there's not a specific word in English that truly encompasses all the functions they have, what I currently do when I have to introduce this job in a title is to list it as director and producer at the same time, but none of the two are completely equivalent to the full extent of the job. So I wonder what would be the best way to list this job on IMDb, because it's a very important, renowned job, at least in Spain, and I know it also exists at least in France and some countries of Latin America. I wonder if it could be listed as a specific kind of director.

A director can also have a wide-ranging role. I guess the similarity to French réalisateur is not completely random (?)
