Comparing the broadcast dates and durations to all the other episodes in the series I would guess TV movie is correct. I don't have anything to give you more than that guess though.

What I'm saying is that the listed data contradicts itself.   The broadcast cannot be both a tvMovie and a tvEpisode at the same time.  It should be one or the other.  They are essentially duplicate entries.  I cannot provide evidence to say which entry is correct and which entry is incorrect.
