"The Paul Williams Show" (1979) is listed as a 30-minute TV "special," with all of the cast members playing themselves.  However, this was actually a TV pilot that was presented as part of a two-hour block along with three other 30-minute NBC pilots (on June 27, 1979).  None of the actors, including Paul Williams, played themselves -- in fact, the characters that they played are listed on IMDB.  Attached is
