The "merge two titles" does not work.
"Ao Haru Ride" (2014) and Blue Spring Ride (2014) »Ao Ha Ride (original title) are the same series, but all attempts to merge them are defeated with "contact support" at the end. There is no way to contact support, really, except to post here. It is funny because the same canned blurb is on each page, but the software refuses the merger becaue "Ao Ha Ride" is not the same as "Ao Haru Ride" so they must be different.
Any live people out there who can tell the software what to do?

If I understand correctly the following two titles need to be combined, is that correct?
"Blue Spring Ride (2014)": http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3592708/
