The Issue with Troll Reviews

So a common theme I’ve notice in many reviews is the piece, which is meant to be a critique and opinion of the film, will often go off on diatribes that call people who like a film “stupid, dumb, etc.” and clearly don’t help anyone decide if they want to watch a film or not. Can’t submissions be a bit more filtered so this kind of unneeded troll bait can be removed? Or at least some kind of review option for moderators to remove them when it’s clear they just want a rise out of people?
