The "IMDb Answers" feature
There are always questions on the movie and TV pages Like "What is the title of this movie in India"? Why would you ask someone whose profile and IP address clearly says Australia?
This is just page clutter if there's no point in asking me questions I could probably answer!

FAQ can include questions about the plot, the motivations of the characters, fan theories, other media relating to the title, questions to the community and more. Please remember, different people have different views. We understand not everyone will agree on what should be added to an FAQ.
If you notice bad data on the site, help us by correcting the data, but do not report an item if you simply don't agree it should be included but is good to add/have live.

I'm just following up here to confirm that the questions asked in "IMDb Answers" is not based on location and every user see's the same question lists.

First day on the internet? Do you not know how anything works? These are "top questions" which fills in data they do not have. It doesn't think you actually know (which according to your post you know nothing) but is hoping you can fill in missing data.
