The existing primary has been provided by a studio partner and is not editable.

Thanks! I was able to get Scorecard access. Is there any way to update the poster without adding a new image. The image I want as the primary poster is already uploaded to the Title. 

On a somewhat separate note, there is also an old image that should be removed from when the project was in early development. Is there a way to delete old posters/images?

Can you confirm the link to the activity page for the IMDb account you have Scorecard access for?  Also, if you can confirm the link to existing IMDb poster image our staff can take a look for you.

Thanks for confirming, I was able to verify your Scorecard account. Lastly, can you confirm which poster image you want to be the new primary?

For the removal of the older image, you cannot do this in scorecard.  You will need to request the removal through our report form, you can find detailed instructions on our Help Guide.
