The current, and the maiden name both credited?

Hi.

I came across with a documentary where both the current, and the maiden name are listed when the person is being interviewed. How to add the name to IMDb? In my example the name is roughly listed as: "Jane Doe (née. Smith)"

Some guides for obituaries list the names like: "Sally Marie (Smith) Porter, 88, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2021, at her home in Denver, Colorado. Sally was the fourth daughter of Frederick and Fredricka (Brown) Smith..."

So maybe it could be: Doe, Jane  ...  (as Jane (Smith) Doe)   ?
