The Animatrix is not a TV series

In 2003, a set of animated shorts was created set in the world of The Matrix. As explained at https://www.nbcnews.com/id/wbna3078970, one was originally released in theaters, four were originally released online, and those, plus four more, were released together on VHS and DVD as The Animatrix.

However, for some reason, The Animatrix is currently listed as a TV series rather than a made-for-video production. See https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0328832/.

I attempted to correct this with a Title Correction to make it The Animatrix (2003) (V), and provided the following explanation:

The Animatrix was not a TV series as it is currently listed. Rather, it is a compilation of animated films set in the world of The Matrix films, which was first released straight to home video in 2003. I suspect that the correction may have been rejected because this "series" has "episodes" which are actually the short films that make up the complete video program. Each of the episodes should be broken out as its own short film instead.

On a separate note related to The Animatrix, I noticed that in the episode guide, two of the episodes have the word "Renaissance" spelled both correctly and incorrectly (in two different incorrect spellings, "Ranaissance" and "Rennaissance"). The correct spelling was used in the original short films, but they are displayed with incorrect spellings as seen below:

Notice the incorrect spellings in the upper part of the page, yet the same "episodes" are correctly spelled in the lower part of the page. (The listings in the upper part of the page also have commas where the listings in the lower part of the page don't.)

How can we go about fixing these problems?
