The Adventures of Scamper the Penguin (American version) is a full 78 minutes, so should not be listed as a short, nor should it show the foreign (Russian?) cover art.

A separate entry should should probably made for the original film The Adventures of Lolo the Penguin, originally released as a series of three shorts, upon which the American movie was adapted.

@Bethanny I submitted a runtime change, but I think the actual solution should be to rename The Adventures of Scamper the Penguin to Adventure of Puffin Lolo #1 and create a brand new page for the American version that combines the three Lolo films into one. Someone smarter than me would need to make this happen :)
