By the way, just for a test for a few hours ago, I submitted a new title that was released on YouTube in December 4, 2020. Same issue as earlier, no star-rating system. So, I think I'll wait with submitting new titles until I know that the "no star-rating availability problem" is solved.

This is just an update: The "no star-rating availability problem" seems to be partially solved. I was able to rate "Quail Roosters vs Crickets", and a couple of other titles I submitted. This means, you should be able to rate other titles, like "What Lies Below" RaviNathan linked us to.

But now just for a test, I just submitted a new title for another YouTube-video called "Golden Tegu Guzzles Some Tiny Eggs" that was released October 30, 2020, and it got approved only a few minutes later, but no "star-rating availability". Hello, everybody. This is a new update on my experience. Since the discussion I had on this topic, I've been submitting some new titles of videos already on YouTube, often to test regarding the "no-rating-star-problem". Since "Quail Roosters vs Crickets" and a few other titles that are now ratable, every single of the last titles I've been submitting happened to be un-ratable, no matter when the films were released. So this make me get suspicious on at least one more thing so far: That the "no-star-rating availability" problem seems to be affecting every new titles being submitted to the IMDb, and approved as of today, at least my submissions.

Not only that. Every since the problem started, I've also been seeing the fact you can't even evaluate any of the categories in the "parental guidance" pages for any of the new titles, but you can still write about the content on any title (it be Violence & Gore, Profanity and more), and that's great.

Hey again, here is a new update. And it appears to be good news so far. I've been submitting a few more titles today. After their approval, these titles happened to be ratable. So this means, that we should be able to rate all new titles being submitted from now on. The same with evaluating any content in the parental guidance for said titles. I may be telling if something comes up, but now it appears the "no-star-rating availability" problem has now been fixed. And that's great.

Alright, this is yet a new update, hopefully my last one in the issue about the rating star as long as there's nothing new coming up. I submitted three new titles yesterday evening and one right now just to make sure everything is okay, and the rating star works perfectly, especially now after the IMDb got its new outlook. It really appears to have been fixed since before the weekend. :-D
