Technical Fault when adding Poster AND "appears in image" names.

Hello.

this is not a new fault, has been there for weeks or a few months.

When adding a poster, and then adding the names that appears in image,

there are several "glitches" and the uploaded poster and the names dissapear after.

This is not the first title I have experienced this on, 

tested today on title:

I add the poster here as well, so if this is not a known fault the technical staff can test by adding the poster and the names (Elliott and Adam) themselves in the live environment.

I am on Firefox browser, Windows 11 Home, PC.
