Teaser not shown

I created a movie page called 'Deadly Killer (2025)' i.e., https://www.imdb.com/title/tt36159352/ . I made an update with teaser URL but it is now shown yet. Update reference is 250314-135149-600000. Upon re-attempting to update the teaser URL, it said Declined, Reason is Duplicate. Could you please help?

You can find the teaser under the 'External Sites' section of the title page under 'Video Clips and Trailers': https://www.imdb.com/title/tt36159352/externalsites/?ref_=tt_ov_at_dt_ext Cheers!

But for other movies, Teaser and Trailers are shown right in the top. Along with the title and poster. Why is it shown under External sites for this movie?

@ArryDM- This how they were originally submitted to the "External Sites" section. When video clips or trailers, are submitted as an 'External Site,' they do not display on the main Video Gallery of the title page since those have to be submitted through IMDb Title Scorecard. Trailers and/or teasers can only be added through IMDb Scorecard, however, we are not currently accepting new access requests to Scorecard while we modernize the underlying technology. If you are looking to add the trailer to this title page, you can provide us with the Youtube link to the trailer (post it below) and we can further review.
