Take down a name from a production

Hi there,

I have a cast member who has requested us(producers) to take her name off the credits of a production: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt40572811/fullcredits/?ref_=tt_cst_sm

Her name is Paige Morrow Kimball.

She has requested us not to credit her on IMDb, so we didn't. Somehow, other people credit her in our title, and I'm not able to find her in the editing page to take her name down.

She's already submitted a claim to take it down, and I'm here to support her claim.
