Syntax for group names in a cast list, when a city is given in on-screen credit

Title "Days of Hope" (1975) {1916: Joining Up (#1.1)} tt1574045 credits: "Children From Lycée Français, London", "Children From City Quay School, Dublin" and "Children From Pro-Cathedral Senior Girls' School, Dublin" https://i.postimg.cc/vTT69Msf/Image1.png IMDB currently lists those three groups without the cities - eg "Children From Lycée Français". How should the full name, with the city, be specified in IMDB? Should the existing names be kept, but with credited-as attributes in the cast list which include the city as well? Or should the IMDB "actor" names be changed?
