Suppressed alternate name still displaying on name page: Support acknowledged bug, still unresolved

Hi,

I am an IMDbPro subscriber with a claimed name page. I have had an alternate name (a.k.a.) unchecked/suppressed in my settings for quite some time, but it continues to appear publicly in the Personal Details section of my page when viewed in a private browser or on a separate device.

Since April 15th, I have been working through support on this issue across multiple tickets. Most recently, under ticket #[D433735651], a representative confirmed this was a known bug and stated that it had been fixed and that I could now hide my a.k.a. names. I followed their instructions again and allowed time for the change to process, but the suppressed name is still visible.

Over the course of several responses, I have been bounced between representatives, given generic instructions that do not address the actual problem, and at times received replies that did not seem to reflect the details I had already provided. I have already supplied screenshots showing the alternate name still appearing when logged out, in private browsing, and on other devices.

Part of why I am trying to suppress this alternate name is that it is my real‑life identity, and people search sites are using it in connection with my physical address and personal contact information. This is creating a serious privacy and safety concern for me.

I am not looking for instructions on how to use the suppression feature. I have followed all standard steps correctly on my end. At this point, I need someone to verify and resolve this as a technical issue on IMDb’s side.

Is there an IMDb staff member here who can review this and follow up with me through the support ticket system, using the ticket number above as a reference? I would prefer to keep specific identifying details off the public forum.

Thank you for your time and help on this matter.
