supposed to be listed as a TV mini-series, but was accidentally listed as a Video

Hello, I just created a page for Spit or Swallow (2025). This was supposed to be listed as a TV mini-series but was accidentally listed as a Video. We need to change it, so we can add episodes. Contribution Confirmation #250321-011151-219000. I have submitted a name change to change the type of production. Can I please get help with how to get this change approved. Thank you.
