Suggestion: Support "qv" syntax for links on Quotes pages

In a discussion on the CH board, staff member Will (swiftw) indicated
that the "qv" link syntax is not currently supported for Quotes.

In my reply there, I've listed the numerous existing attempts
to create "qv" links in Quote submissions.  In most such instances,
the result is that a quotes page will display such links in the  [link=xxxxxxxxx]  format.

Suggestion:
Consider modifying the Quotes display logic to correctly display such links.
Then IMDb could announce that the "qv" syntax would henceforth be supported for Quotes.
