Suggested improvement to form for adding/correcting marriage info

Suppose a marriage entry already exists and the end date is "present", and the person has now died. If you fill in the date of death as the "until" but forget to untick the "or present" box, the date is ignored and remains as "present".How about changing the form validation code so that as soon as the day, month or year values are changed from the default values (ie not specified) the "present" flag is automatically deselected on the assumption that if specific values are given, the marriage has ended and is not continuing until "present".Can an admin check submissions 260408-152713-105000 and 260408-153045-583000: I gave the date of death in the first one but forgot to untick the "or present" box, and then resubmitted that info in the second submission with the box now unticked (and an explanation of why I was resubmitting). Will the second supersede the first, or will I need to re-visit this once the first has been processed?
