submitting multiple items but approved in the wrong order

@Maya​ thank you for your help, this isn't the first time one of my multiple item submissions were approved in the wrong order, another example would be the reference number #210331-223143-653000, the bottom item should be the first and the top item should be the last, like with the Stephen Colbert submission, I always check my work to make sure I submit them correctly, but when they are approved in the wrong order, is there I can do to help the imdb staff from preventing this from occurring again? Because if it's constantly approved in the wronf order it's more work for all of us

The changes are already live on the site for "Shark Tank" (S10, Ep.3).

@Maya​, has there been some mistake? After your reply two weeks ago, I did check the changes you made on the The Late Show with Stephen Colbert (S2, Ep.203) submission and they were correct but now I happen to check the submission and once again they are in the incorrect order, could you resolve this issue permanently?

I have tried updating the order display again for these quotes on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" (S2, Ep.203). but it is still reversed which could mean the order cannot be manipulated for this particular one. 

However, I am checking and have also filed a ticket to the appropriate team to see if this reversal is intentional based on our internal mechanisms. 

As soon as I have an update from them, I will provide the information.
