Submissions The Outer Limits listed as declined, but they don't seem to be

In the following submissions, I tried to delete book/magazine covers from The Outer Limits. They show as declined in my Update History, but I don't seem to find these images in the image gallery for The Outer Limits anymore so it seems they actually have been accepted. Can a staffer look into this please?
