Submissions rejected even after proof added.

I've tried to submit the remaining 9 episodes for season 5 of The Handmaid's Tale as only one episode is currently listed, but have been rejected even after adding proof that the season has 10 episodes total. 

This proof in regards to the season having 10 episodes comes from the City of Toronto, where the the show is listed under the working title of 'Ruby Road'. The proof that Ruby Road is The Handmaid's Tale comes from multiple reliable sources, including the Directors Guild of Canada, IATSE 873, and ACTRA. Proof from those sites is shown in the multiple overlapping crew members who have worked on previous seasons of The Handmaid's Tale, most significantly Elisabeth Moss. Further proof is in the company name, with it being named 'Gilead 5 Productions Inc.' Gilead is named after the setting of the show and 5 is a reference to it being season 5 that is being produced.
