Submissions appear on Submitted Updates list but no tracking link

Award submissions 210410-150424-424000 and 210410-153320-722000 for film https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11310380/reference were dated April 10th.  Both appear under "Submitted Updates" on the Update History page.  However, neither includes a "Track Contribution" button and neither has shown up on the title page for the film.  

We are way past the estimated processing time for these submissions to be either posted or rejected.  Can anyone provide information on their status or, if not, then guidance re how I should proceed?  Thanks in advance!
