Submission to fix series plot outline getting rejected

I've made two submissions now to remove a plot outline for https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0094416/, both getting rejected with the reason "Does not meet contribution guidelines."

My issue is with the following plot outline:

American Embassy Tehran, November 4, 1979. American diplomats, Marines and civilians were taken hostage for 444 days. The crisis would transform both the U.S. and Iran and forever upend the focus and direction of American foreign policy.

This is a the plot outline for single episode of this series (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2006596/?ref_=ttep_ep5) so I don't understand what it's doing under the main series. I don't see any other plot summaries for this series that are specific to single episodes so I'm not sure what makes this one special.

There is already another plot outline which is more appropriate:

A series showcasing documentaries on American history.

Please could you explain why this submission to delete the incorrect plot summary is getting rejected so I can address the issue.
